Maame Efua Amankrah-Otabir is a highly qualified legal professional currently serving as the Acting Deputy Director of Legal and Board Secretary at the Ghana Medical Trust Fund. She brings extensive experience from the public sector, having previously progressed to Manager in the Legal Directorate of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA).

Her strong academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Laws, a Qualifying Certificate in Law, and she is further advancing her expertise through an LLM in Dispute Resolution and Practice at GIMPA.

Her career is distinguished by a wide range of responsibilities encompassing legal opinion preparation, corporate governance, court representation, contract review, and compliance. This professional experience is complemented by earlier roles in insurance sales, national service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and multiple legal internships.
